Okay, so we didn't see a trolley car here. Funny how we now associate trolley and cable cars primarily with San Francisco!
St. Louis proudly stands right on the Mississippi River. Thanks to local arts organizations, thriving nightlife, people like Tim Schall (Creator of the St. Louis Cabaret Conference) and places like the gorgeous Sheldon Concert Hall, this city has everything from cabaret to rock n' roll and more.

The Fox Theatre St. Louis is an old show palace not to be missed. While this venue is focused on bringing in Broadway tours, it is perhaps the most elaborate of all the venues in St. Louis with just over 4000 seats and a working pipe organ which is played prior to shows in the lobby and also at intermisson.

The photo above is of the main foyer of the theatre with grand staircase to the VIP section where patrons can enjoy a gourmet meal along with the show...

There is so much to see in this theatre, out front an back stage... Don't blink or you'll miss something spectacular -Next visit to St Louis be sure to see a show at the Fox Theatre!
