Next Salon Event Scheduled for Sunday, March 20th

The 3rd Annual Salon Series Continues for Cabaret Month! Join us Sunday (4pm to 6pm) March 20th for Chicago's own Lake Shore Salon Series, procceds to benefit The Mabel Mercer Foundation SEATING IS LIMITED The salon Sunday, March 20th will be held at the private homes of Edgewater residents Clyde Whitaker and Joan Sasano. On Sunday, March 20th (4pm to 6pm) the Salon Series is proud to invite you to our very first literary salon.  While there will music as usual, the focus will be on the words and biographies of NY Times Best-selling Author James Gavin.  Gavin will discuss and then open up an interactive Q & A as he leads discussion and remembers American icon, Lena Horne (June 30, 1917 – May 9, 2010) and Chet Baker (December 23, 1929 – May 13, 1988). Tickets officially now on sale for March 20th featuring James Gavin (www.jamesgavin.com) with special guest Spider Saloff (www.spidersaloff.com). Gourmet snacks and wine/champagne included in the ticket price: $45 per person or $80 for a pair of tickets.  Seating is limited as these events are held in exclusive private homes throughout the city of Chicago.  Upcoming Salon Event...
